Why does my transcript status indicate not final?

A "Not Final" status can have more than one meaning.

1.    All uploaded transcripts are marked as Not Final until reviewed by Graduate Admissions – documents are not reviewed until after the department makes an offer of admission.

2.    It could be an unofficial copy of a transcript (such as a student can retrieve automatically).

3.    It could be because it is not final (student is still enrolled).
