I am a citizen of a country where English is the sole official language of instruction. Am I exempt from submitting TOEFL?

Solution

Exceptions are given to the applicants that are citizens of countries where English is the SOLE OFFICIAL language of instruction. (Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Canada-except Québec province, England, Ghana, Ireland, Jamaica, Kenya, New Zealand, Nigeria, Scotland, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Singapore, Trinidad, Tobago, Uganda, and Wales.)
