Does Georgia Tech retain any rights to my thesis and dissertation once it is uploaded via the ETD website?


Georgia Institute of Technology does not retain any rights to your thesis or dissertation and does not own the copyright to any work that you submit via the ETD website. Our ETD/SmarTech system is a digital repository and archiving system for the university. You own all rights to your work and may publish it freely and without reservation.
