How has Grad Studies changed the annual changes process?
Starting with the 2016-17 application cycle Graduate Studies has created new excel spreadsheets with all the questions for each supplemental already included. These spreadsheets will be sent out via the helpdesk system to the Graduate Coordinators for each program. If you receive multiple tickets, please be sure to review them all as each program has different questions associated with it so there will be a different spreadsheet.
As a part of this new system we have created new instructions on how to submit your requests for changes. These new instructions will be attached to each ticket sent out.
Our hope is to streamline the process and make it as easy for the Graduate Coordinators as possible.
