Who do I contact about my annual changes?
Starting with the 2016-17 annual changes cycle Graduate Studies will initiate contact to the graduate coordinators by creating a helpdesk ticket sent to the coordinators with instructions and documents attached to the ticket. Once this ticket has been received you will be able to track the progress of your changes using the included link.
Graduate Studies would like to keep all communications regarding annual changes within the helpdesk system so we are able to track progress and time worked for each ticket.
The status of your request will be updated as the annual change requests are submitted, tested and are made live. This will allow you to monitor status of your change request.
