I'm not able to submit my application. I get an error saying my address doesn't match. What do I do?
The permanent address on your application must match the billing address on your credit card. If you see this error, go back to page 1 of the application, and make sure the address exactly matches the billing statement you receive on your credit card. Also, make sure you put the exact same address on the payment page.
If this fails, you may be from a country where credit card fraud is an issue. We can help you with this. However, you must send us an email describing your problem, and we will contact you directly.
